We’ve just embarked on a new adventure: becoming an Azienda agricola, which basically means we now have the official status of an “agricultural enterprise”, or an olive farm if you like 
Every day we’re learning more about olive trees, how to care for them, and the fascinating world of olive oil, and it has been a humbling experience so far. It takes a lot of work to get the grove into good shape (when we bought the land, it had been abandoned for many years), and good harvests are not to be taken for granted. But when olive season arrives at the end of the year, it’s a real treat.
Do you want to experience the meditative rhythm of picking olives yourself? You can! We have something exciting coming in 2026: workshops where you can enjoy a guided stroll through the grove, hand-pick olives yourself, and, of course, have an olive oil tasting! Our olive oil production is small-scale, but full of character.
It’s packed with healthy monounsaturated fats and powerful antioxidants, great for the heart and overall wellness. But olive oil is more than just food, it’s been used for centuries in skincare and rituals as well.
We are selling our organic olive oil in 500 ml bottles from the latest harvest. We hope to launch a webshop at some point, but for now, we like keeping things a bit old-school. If you’d like to reserve a bottle, just send us a message.
In the Netherlands, we can deliver personally, twice a year. In Sardinia, you’re welcome to pick it up directly. Other locations: we’re happy to ship, but shipping costs apply.
